You pay once. We spin up a dedicated game server for a fixed window of time. No subscriptions. No auto-renewals. When your session ends, you take your world with you.
By using Sessions.gg, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian needs to agree to these terms on your behalf. Parents: you're responsible for how your child uses the service.
Payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your card info.
Every purchase is a one-time, flat charge. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Refunds:
All sales are final — with one exception. If we can't provision your server because of a failure on our end, you get an automatic full refund to your original payment method.
We don't issue refunds for change of mind, unused session time, or things outside our control — like Minecraft being down, your internet dropping, or a datapack you uploaded causing issues. If you're not sure Sessions.gg is right for you, reach out before you buy.
After you pay, your order enters a provisioning queue. We show you an estimated wait time — but it's an estimate, not a guarantee. The actual wait depends on when other sessions end.
If your session is still active, you can extend it at the current posted price. Extensions depend on slot availability. If one isn't free immediately, your world gets archived and a new server is provisioned when a slot opens. You won't lose your world.
If you break these rules, your session may be terminated without a refund. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
We work to keep Sessions.gg reliable, but we can't guarantee uptime. Servers share hardware with other sessions. Maintenance happens. Hardware fails sometimes. If a disruption is our fault and it affects your session, contact us.
We're not responsible for disruptions from things we don't control: Minecraft's own servers, your internet, or third-party infrastructure.
Your world belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of anything you build or create. We hold your world files and datapacks only for your session and the 7-day download window, then delete them.
The Sessions.gg name, logo, and platform are owned by MonkeyLabs LLC.
We're not liable for: world data lost because you didn't export before the deadline, game-side bugs or outages, revenue or business losses, or anything outside our reasonable control.
If something goes wrong because of us, the most we're on the hook for is what you paid for that specific session.
If you use your server for something illegal or harmful and it causes a claim against us, you're responsible for covering it.
We can terminate your access for violating these terms — no refund in that case. If we ever terminate access for reasons other than a violation, we'll refund any unused session time.

We'll post the update here with a new date. If you have an active session, we'll email you. Changes don't apply retroactively to sessions already in progress.
